PressReady is a book publishing service operated by 1358 Norton LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. When this policy refers to “PressReady,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means 1358 Norton LLC doing business as PressReady.

• Project materials: Manuscripts, outlines, notes, voice recordings, documents, images, and other creative materials you submit for us to work with.
• Interview responses: Answers you provide through our interview process, whether delivered via messaging platforms or our interview system.
• Payment information: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or full payment credentials. We receive confirmation of payment and retain transaction records as required for business and legal purposes.
• Communications: Emails, messages, and other correspondence with our team.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the book publishing services you have engaged us for.
• Communicate with you about your project, including status updates, review drafts, and delivery.
• Process payments through our payment processor.
• Respond to support inquiries and resolve disputes.
• Maintain records required for legal and tax purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your project materials to train AI systems. Your creative work belongs to you.

Third-party processors

We work with a small number of third-party service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Stripe: Handles all payment processing. Your payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and governed by their privacy policy.
• Communication platforms: Depending on your preferences, project interviews may be conducted over Telegram or similar platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies.

We do not share your information with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data retention

We retain your project materials and correspondence for a minimum of three years following the completion of your project, or as required by law. If you request deletion of your data, we will honor that request to the extent permitted by our legal and contractual obligations.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure; if you have reason to believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.
